Bayes Wood & Bamboo conditioner is made from the highest quality food grade mineral oil and will protect, nourish, and preserve. Simply wash your cutting board with a mild soap and water and allow to dry thoroughly, apply the Bayes conditioner to the item and allow the conditioner to soak in for 3 minutes, then wipe with a clean cloth.
