The Rechargeable Electric Wine Opener Set works by placing a wine bottle upright while holding the wine opener at an angle. Hold the unopened bottle of wine firmly in one hand and the Electric Wine Opener in the other hand and depress the Pull button. The corkscrew spiral will turn in a clockwise direction and enter the cork. Lift the Electric Wine Opener away from the bottle to remove the cork. Simply depress the Release button which will cause the spiral to turn in a counter clockwise direction and release the cork. Always return the Electric Wine Opener to the recharging base when you are finished using it. This will allow the opener to stay fully charged.
