Included are 4 inserts for a variety of different cuts: slide inserts for thick & thin slicing, and two julienne blades- 3.5mm, 7mm. This mandoline comes with an instructional manual, safety insert that covers the V-blade, storage caddy with safety lock for the slicer frame and a pocket for the blade inserts. Easy cleaning, just rinse under warm water. Made in Germany
