These Sabatier Carbon Steel Knives are hand forged, made in France, and are designed for experience and professional chefs. These blades are crafted of high-carbon steel alloy for sharper edges than stainless steel. Carbon knives are also much easier to sharpen and hone than stainless steel knives. Each knife has a triple riveted poly handle and full tang for a lifetime of use and the ultimate in performance.
