Press the HR and/or MIN buttons to enter the desired time. Press and hold for fast advance. Press the START/STOP button to start
counting down. The COLON (:) flashes on the display. The last minute counts down in seconds. Press the START/STOP button to interrupt the
count. Press START/STOP again to resume the count. The alarm sounds for 30 seconds when the count reaches 0:00. Press ALARM STOP to stop the alarm. Press CLEAR to reset to 0:00.
