This sharpener features a sturdy, metal construction. Made in England.
The Chantry Knife Sharpener reproduces the action of a butcher's steel. It automatically ensures the correct edge angle is applied and equally sharpens both sides of the blade. The steels remove under tension and do not wear away the blade. Suitable for plain or serrated edges.
