The Chroma Haiku Yakitori Deba Knife is also known as smaller pointed Japanese carving knife primarily used to cut fish, though can also cut meat. Designed to behead and fillet fish. The thickness on the back of the heel allows to cut off the heads of fish without damage. The rest of the blade is then used to ride against the fish bones, separating the fillet.
