This Wusthof Classic Paring Knife Set includes a 3.5" Paring Knife, 3.5" Serrated Paring Knife and a 4" Wide Paring Knife. The Paring Knife's small, narrow blade tapers to a point at the tip which makes it perfect to trim, slice, and peel small produce such as garlic and herbs. The straight edge offers a smooth, clean, exact cut and can be used on a wide variety of smaller meat, vegetables, and fruits. The Serrated Paring Knife has small, saw-like teeth that enable the blade to slice cleanly through food with delicate textures without damaging soft insides. Features a 14° blade angle on one side only. The Wide Paring Knife portrays the familiar Wusthof Classic Paring Knife, but upon closer inspection the extra wide blade becomes apparent. The extra wide blade gives the knife more weight and therefore, better handling. The thinner spine creates less 'wedging' for straighter cuts.
