Manufactured in Belgium, Demeyere is the benchmark for high quality stainless steel cookware. This skillet offers a 7-ply Clad construction, which includes special layers of Tripllnduc. This special layer assures the pan never to warp and is 30% more heat efficient. The Thermolon granite non-stick interior coating is PTFE & PFOA free for healthy cooking, environmentally friendly, scratch resistant, and very durable. The Controllnduc feature assures no over-cooking or burning and acts as a safety system, when using on induction cooktops only. Controllnduc will automatically shut-off when it reaches 485°F; once the pan cools down it will restart the cooking process. The Silvinox exterior finish will keep your stainless steel bright and assures an easy clean up. Hand wash is recommended. Made in Belgium
