These mini-casseroles/saucepots from the Resto by Demeyere series are manufactured from 18/10 stainless steel with an applied 3-layer base of 4 mm/0.16" thick.
The 3-layer material has 18/10 stainless steel on the inside, then pure aluminum (3 mm/0.12") for optimal heat distribution with magnetic stainless steel on the outside. This layer makes sure that these products can be used on all types of cookers, induction included. They can be used in the oven as well. The handles of the products are made from 18/10 stainless steel and are welded to the sides. No rivets or screws, thus ensuring perfect hygiene and preventing dirt, fat or bacteria accumulating. Matte finish with a lustrous lid, a beautiful combination.
