The serrated edge slices even the ripest tomato as thin as possible while
the forked tip is great for serving.
Wusthof Gourmet knives feature a precision stamped, high carbon-stainless steel blade that sharpens easily and stays sharp. The handle is made of an ABS polymer that is resistant to high heat and high impact for the ultimate in durability. This handle is triple riveted to the stainless steel tang for excellent balance and maneuverability. Dishwasher safe, however hand-washing is recommended. Made in Germany, Lifetime Warranty.
