The Induction Heating System Rice Cooker & Warmer not only utilizes Induction Heating (IH) technology to efficiently provide high heat, but also features a dent resistant plastic body and space-saving sleek design. Multiple menu cooking functions include white/mixed, sushi, porridge, sweet, brown, quick and rinse-free. Other features include detachable and washable inner lid and easy-to-read LCD control panel with Clock and Timer.

Producing restaurant-quality rice at home is practically foolproof with this 10-cup rice cooker and warmer. The innovative appliance features induction heating technology where coils within the bottom of the rice cooker help to generate a magnetic field to create instant heat. Through this technology, the black thick spherical inner cooking pan itself becomes the heat source utilizing both high heat and fine heat adjustments to control the cooking process. The result--quicker, more evenly distributed heat for perfectly cooked rice every time. Menu settings include white, sushi, brown, semi-brown, mixed, sweet, porridge, rinse-free, GABA brown, and quick cooking. GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a type of amino acid that is said to lower blood pressure, improve kidney function, and relieve stress. The unit's GABA brown or brown-rice activation options are available to activate brown rice for increased nutritional values.

For added convenience, the appliance comes equipped with an easy-to-use navigation control panel, an extra-large colored LCD display with a clock and timer function, and a melody signal to indicate when rice is ready to enjoy. Automatic keep warm, extended keep warm, and a reheating cycle help keep rice at an ideal serving temperature. In addition, the unit's keep-warm steam vent releases excess steam during cooking and keeps the moisture inside during keep warm. Other highlights include a convenient detachable inner lid, stay-cool side handles that make for easy removal of the inner cooking pan, and a voltage feedback inverter, which controls the power that goes to the rice cooker when the voltage is unstable.
