Food grade silicone over reinforced fabric to withstand temperatures up to 500°.
Use smooth side for baking fragile candies, meringues and cookies.
Place on standard cookie/jelly roll pan.
Not for use with insulated pans.
Safe for freezer to over or microwave.
Wash the baking sheet in warm soapy water after each use and let air dry. Store in the original package, loosely rolled with "rough" side out. Not recommended for folding or knife use - not dishwasher safe.
