These replacement sharpening steels will fit the Chantry Knife Sharpener (Model #550). Includes two replacement sharpening rods and two screws.

This knife sharpener is designed for easy use with serrated and straight-edged knives. Simply pull the blade through and it will restore the edge to razor sharpness. Originally developed for the meat processing industry, it contains two small butcher steels with the same hardness, temper and cut as a professional steel. This sharpener features a sturdy, metal construction. Made in England.

The Chantry Knife Sharpener reproduces the action of a butcher's steel. It automatically ensures the correct edge angle is applied and equally sharpens both sides of the blade. The steels remove under tension and do not wear away the blade. Suitable for plain or serrated edges.
