(17-cm.) stainless steel blade, a "floating" motor housing and structural components of cast aluminum and steel. The floating design of the housing delivers sliced foods directly onto large trays or platters and allows for effortless clean up. The powerful 100 watt motor and reliable, smooth gear drive operation help you slice with ease and confidence. Other gourmet features include precision thickness control from deli-thin to 9/16-in. thick, large capacity food carriage, intermittent or continuous on/off switch and a button to lock the food carriage when not in use. The blade, food carriage and food pusher all remove easily for cleaning. A serving tray is included.
