The 12-cup Viking Food Processor comes equipped with a commercial-grade 625-watt induction motor. Despite its exceptional power and stability, this motor remains surprisingly silent. The professional performance is complemented by an exclusive Viking design and die cast metal base. Viking's Professional Food Processor boasts a sturdy base constructed of die-cast metal, a generous 12 cup capacity and a powerful and durable induction motor. Includes an ergonomically designed, cast-metal work bowl handle, simple operation with one large on/off knob with pulse feature and the Viking rear wheels for optimum maneuverability. The twin main and small feed tubes are 3 x 2-1/4 x 1.5-in. round respectively. Standard accessories include work bowl, double pusher, knife blade, dough blade, mini-bowl and blade, thin slicing/shredding disc, thick slicer/shredding disc, Julienne disc and color-matched disc storage. Adding to the aesthetic and convenience value of this processor, Viking installed a hideaway power cord storage within the base.
