Ravioli Attachment

Designed for the Atlas 150 Pasta MachineMaking lots of ravioli in a very short time has now become easier! With Raviolu Attachment for the Atlas 150, it's no longer necessary to trim the dough sheet to a narrower size, instead it is used in its entire width, saving time and increasing productivity (more ravioli with every turn of the handle). In addition, the new design of the forming roller guarantees that the ravioli is perfectly sealed on all four sides, assuring excellent results every time. The small spoon supplied prevents excess filling from unnecessarily soiling the unit, so that very little cleaning is needed after use. It has truly never been so easy to make ravioli at home, because these new machines have been designed by those who wish to put all their experience at your disposal so that you can feel the joy of making gourmet cuisine with very little effort. Included in the box is a 24 page booklet with color photos, detailed instructions in various languages and some Italian recipes. Note: For safety reasons this attachment cannot be used with the Pastadrive Motor Unit. 3 year guarantee. Made in Italy.

The success of pasta!
Because of the success of the “Mediterranean diet” nutritional model, pasta is conquering a growing number of admirers worldwide. The reason for this success is to be found in the characteristics of the food that is easy to make even at home, quick to cook, tasty, easily digestible, nourishing, cheap and above all, fun! In the kitchen, pasta allows us to free our imagination and create recipes that will not fail to amaze and satisfy the most demanding palates of friends and relatives. Pasta as we know it (maccheroni, spaghetti, etc.) was born in Sicily and precisely in Trabia near Palermo. A particular type of pasta, called “itryah” in Arabic was made here. Vermicelli di Tria are well known in Palermo even today. At the end of the 18th century pasta was generally called “maccheroni” and the term included: lasagne, drawn pasta, filled pasta and so on.

Note: Atlas 150 Pasta Machine & Motor Set will not work with this attachment, use handle provided.
