This manual knife sharpener is the first adjustable sharpener of its kind. The unsurpassed technology allows you to sharpen your knife to the original factory angle of European, Asian & serrated knives. There are 3 slots, a coarse sharpening slot with diamond rod, a fine setting slot with ceramic rod for fine finishing and honing as well as a third slot for serrated knife blades. If your knives are dull and damaged, start the sharpening process by using the Coarse setting and ending with the Fine setting. Easy to use, by simply selecting the desired angle and pull the knife through the slot. The serrated sharpening slot features a fixed angle and should only be used for serrated knife blades. Nonslip base and soft touch handle.
