The Emile Henry Small Grilling/Baking Stone can be used in the oven for baking breads, cookies, rolls, biscuits, pizzas and other baked goods. It can also be used as a grilling stone on outdoor grills or under the broiler. Constructed of all natural materials, manufactured using Emile Henry's proprietary Flame technology. The glaze is micro-crazed, which contributes to crispy, well baked dishes. Cut directly on the stone without damaging or scratching the surface. Designed for use in the oven (conventional and convection), under the broiler, or on the grill (gas, charcoal and natural wood).
