The Furi gusto-grip collection was created specifically to meet Rachael Ray's specifications. The gripper handle was made in her favorite color orange and constructed of a durable synthetic rubber that feels comfortable to the touch and assures a secure grip. The blade construction consists of a CrMoV stainless steel, corrosion resistant and has a superior edge retention . This blade composition results in a 56 Rockwell Hardness. The forged bolster design and end cap gives the knife balance. Includes 5-slot bamboo block.
