This Global Rough 120 Grit Ceramic Whetstone is used when blades are chipped or damaged. Apply a small amount of water to the surface. Hold the knife so that the blade meets the face of the whetstone at an angle of 10°-15°. Ceramic whetstone measures 8 1/4 X 2 3/4 X 1/4-inch. Made in Japan
