    Near surgical quality

    The Global stainless steel "Y" vegetable peeler arrived fast and packaged well. The single piece construction of the handle is both durable and ergonomic. The blade is very sharp. My first time using it was to peel sweet potatoes. It was like pulling a hot knife through butter. It is amazing. I haven't had it long but if it stays sharp it was definitely worth the price.
