Zwilling J.A Henckels TruClad Cookware is a SigmaClad 3-ply construction, featuring 18/10 stainless steel interior, aluminum core, and magnetic polished stainless steel exterior. The aluminum core extends from the base up the sides of the pan so the heat is conducted evenly. This provides superior cooking performance and eliminates hot spots which can cause food to burn due to uneven heating. TruClad is compatible with all popular cook top surfaces including Electric, Gas, Ceramic, Halogen, and Induction. Capacity markings are on the inside of the saucepans for easy measuring.
