Zwilling J.A Henckels TruClad Cookware is a SigmaClad 3-ply construction, featuring 18/10 stainless steel interior, aluminum core, and magnetic polished stainless steel exterior. The aluminum core extends from the base up the sides of the pan so the heat is conducted evenly.
