Zwilling J.A. Henckels Zwilling Pure was developed in collaboration with Italian designer Matteo Thun. The unique geometry of the wedge of the blade maximizes stability and cutting strength. Each edge has an angle of 15° for 30° total, and a hand polishing give the edge a final finish for ultimate sharpness. The blade features a full tang, adding to the balance and strength. The blade and bolster transition seamlessly to the handle for easy control. The handle is molded to fit comfortably in your hand. Zwilling J.A. Henckels Zwilling Pure Knives are dishwasher safe, however highly recommended to wash by hand.
