This versatile bamboo cutting board with groove includes 2 bamboo sauce bowls and silicone marinating brush. The cutting surface is large and comes in handy when roasting or grilling. Bamboo is 16% harder than maple wood, 1/3 lighter in weight than oak, yet in some instances as strong as steel. Bamboo holds the promise of a sustainable, cost effective, and ecologically responsible alternative to the widespread clear cutting of our old growth forests. The silicone brush is 12-inches long including the handle. The head of the silicone brush will unscrew and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. The bamboo bowls are 4-inches round and 1.5-inches deep.
