This 10-inch La Forme Plus Springform pan, features a commercial weight steel and 2-layer non-stick ceramic base. The Kairamic premium non-stick coating is very durable, scratch resistant, and will deliver even baking ever time. The scratch resistant enamel surface makes it easy to cut and serve in the pan.
