How to Use:
Place the knife blade in the guide slot
Press the knife firmly against the ceramic wheel
Sharpen the knife by moving the blade back and forth about ten times
Extra strokes may be necessary if knife is dull or edges are damaged
Lift transparent cover to rinse away any debris on the blade or ceramic wheel
