Atlas hand crank pasta machine includes all the tools attachments needed to make- Lasagne, Spaghetti and Fettuccine. Crank the handle and watch golden fresh pasta emerge, ready to drop in boiling water. This is a machine you'll pass down - very heavy, very sturdy, beautifully made. Includes detailed instructions in various languages and basic recipes. The rollers feature a double-slotted opening for insertion of the handle. The opening between the flat rollers is controlled by a numbered regulating knob with 9 positions (from 2.5-mm to 0.3-mm). The handle and clamp are included in the packaging and have hand-grips made of ABS suitable for food use The standard cutters are in the following sizes: 1/16-in.. for Spaghetti and 1/4-in. for Fettuccine.
Ravioli Attachment
With Ravioli Attachment for the Marcato Atlas 150 Pasta Machine, it's no longer necessary to trim the dough sheet to a narrower size, instead it is used in its entire width, saving time and increasing productivity (more ravioli with every turn of the handle). In addition, the new design of the forming roller guarantees that the ravioli is perfectly sealed on all four sides, assuring excellent results every time. The small spoon supplied prevents excess filling from unnecessarily soiling the unit, so that very little cleaning is needed after use.
