Designed to work right or left handed, the Rotary Grater puts a new spin on an old idea. Each drum finely grates parmesan and other hard cheeses, chocolate, and nuts. It combines a razor-sharp Microplane blade with the ease, safety, and portability of a rotary grater, making the fine grating of tough ingredients easier than ever. We recommend rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove particles stuck in the blade from the back side whenever possible. To remove "stuck on food" from the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush and stroke in the same direction as the teeth.
