The housing and bowl are made of brushed and polished stainless steel with a matching stainless steel blade. With this unit you can make fresh ice cream, sorbets, sherbets, frozen drinks and frozen yogurt. No salt - No ice - No mess. The bowl in this unit is non-removable and all part of the top stainless unit. This makes for no gaskets or way for liquid to get inside the mechanics.
