This NordicWare Ebelskiver pan is a Danish favorite. Make delicious round pancakes filled with your favorite filling. Constructed of heavy duty cast aluminum with nonstick coating; this pan will deliver superior heat retention and even cooking. Ebleskiver pancakes are easily made using any pancake or waffle recipe or mix. Simply place a small dab of butter in each cup and spoon about 1 tablespoon of butter into each cup (about 3/4 full), add your favorite filling and cook on the stovetop for 30 to 40 seconds. Using a fork turn each Ebleskiver to cook each side. Makes 7 pancakes at one time. Hand wash; Made in USA.
