To make fresh juice, there are a few simple steps: simply wash your fruits & berries and place the fruit in the steamer. Attach the drain tube with clip, fill the water pot up to the water level mark and steam the fruit for about 60 minutes. Once this step is done take the rubber tube with clamp and drain the pure clear juice into bottles or jars. Instructions on how to make juice and recipes are included.
