Theirs nothing more tasty than homemade calzones! Be creative and fill your favorite cheeses, meats & vegetables. Simply roll your dough on a floured surface to a 1/8-inch thickness, use the bottom of the open press to cut out a circle of dough then fill one side with your favorite fillings, take a pastry brush and lightly brush water on the dough that is on the outer rim and close the press firmly to seal. Remove the calzone from the mold and place on a greased baking sheet for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Dishwasher safe, on top rack only.
