Heavy duty cast iron pizza pan, perfect for the grill or oven. Preheat at 425°, and spray with a cooking spray or lightly coat the pan with olive oil before placing the pizza dough on the pan, this will promote browning. This 14-inch diameter pan is 1/2-inch deep, for best results roll your dough to a 1/4-inch thick. For care, simply hand wash with a mild detergent, rinse & dry. Since cast iron is porous, do not soak or place in the dishwasher and periodically apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the surface.
