The Polder Stainless Steel Dual Sensor Analog Thermometer is designed to monitor meat and oven temperatures without opening the oven door. The Meat thermometer range is from 120
°F to 200°F(49°C to 93°C). The Oven thermometer range is from: 150°F to 550°F (66°C to 288°C). Simply set oven to desired temperature and insert probe at least 2 inches into the thickest part of the meat. Place meat in oven with thermometer in place. Keep thermometer dial facing the oven door for easy reading. Dual sensor thermometer will read both meat temperature and oven temperature while in use. Be sure to refer to the correct area of the thermometer when monitoring temperatures. The upper portion reads meat temperature while lower portion reads oven temperature. When dial reaches desired temperature, remove meat from oven. Remove thermometer from meat using a pot holder. Silicone comfort grip takes approximately 15 minutes to fully cool. Thermometer reads in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. Fahrenheit temperatures are printed in black text, while Celsius temperatures are printed in red.
