    Love this skillet

    I bought this skillet because I was in the process of replacing my set of non- stick cookware and needed a skillet that I could use for tomato or wine, lemon and vinegar based sauces that would ruin the seasoning in the carbon steel and cast iron skillets. This looks beautiful and is very responsive and will be my go to pan for ratatouille’s going forward!
