Shun knives pronounced "shoon" in Japanese, means- "at the peak of perfection". Each knife is handmade by skilled specialists and requires at least 100 handcrafted steps to complete one knife. Shun Classic Pro, features a VG-10 super steel with a graffiti-etched blade. The etched design is different for each blade style and is similar to the etching found on custom Japanese knives to identify the blade maker. Each Shun knife provides a Japanese blade angle of 16°.
