Now you can sharpen your knives to the original factory angle. Simply turn the dial and start the sharpening process. The angle adjust knob is marked with angles that range from 10° to 30° to efficiently sharpen a wide variety of knives. The common angles for European style or Asian style knives are clearly marked on the dial, making it easy and taking the guessing work out of it. This sharpener features two electric sharpening slots with interlocking diamond wheels for the Coarse slot and interlocking ceramic wheels for the Fine slot. Both sharpening slots will sharpen both sides of the knife at the same time. The Coarse slot should be used first for dull knives, and then finished with the Fine sharpening slot. The Fine sharpening slot can also be used to hone or to give the knife blade a little touch-up. Besides the electric sharpening slots, this sharpener features a pull-out manual sharpener for serrated knife blades.
