This Professional Mandoline Slicer is made of 18/10 stainless steel with a rubber grip handle and legs. This favorite kitchen tool lets you shred, slice, make waffle/crinkle cuts and Julienne vegetables with precision and speed. The included safety food holder attachment protects your fingers and firmly holds food in place while gliding over the sharp cutting/slicing blade.
This mandoline features an easy to use dial to adjust between the two Julienne blades and all thicknesses of the straight slicing blade – no more having to pop blades in and out of the unit! Included are two built in Julienne blades – 1/8” (3mm) & 3/8” (9mm). The straight slicing blade is replaceable and is fully adjustable up to 3/8” thickness. Also included is the adjustable waffle blade – this adjustment lever is located on the reverse side of the unit.
