My first Viking non stick, have used All-Clad to date. Have always liked my All-Clad, but like this one better bc the rivets r coated on the inside of the pan making it easier to clean. Hoping it holds up well over time.

Have owned the skillet for a month. Really impressed with how it distributes the heat equally to all parts of the pan. I use medium heat and everything in the pan cooks equally. No more having some items overcooked while others were undercooked.

Wow! The more I use my 12” skillet the more I like it. It browns and fries perfect on Med heat. It cooks everything wonderfully. I was looking for a non stick skillet that would cook as well as my cast iron and amazingly I finally found it! I love it! I purchased a 12” & 10” but my husband returned the 10” thinking we didn’t need both of them. I think we do! This pan is a nice weight; not too light, but not as heavy as some reviews say. It doesn’t feel cheap and the overall design is nice. This skillet is very well balanced.
Don’t use non stick sprays as the will gradually create a film buildup that will ruin the non stick surface and void your warranty. However, you don’t need to use Pan with this wonderful pan!
