This Viking Roasting Pan is crafted of a 3-ply construction of 18/10 stainless steel and aluminum alloys for the ultimate in conductivity and roasting performance. It features exclusive Viking designed side handles that allow for easy access, even with oven mitts on. This solid roasting pan will hold up to a 25 lbs turkey and is also ideal for chicken, pork or beef tenderloins. It comes with a heavy gauge nonstick coated roasting rack (contains no PFOA or PTFE). The pan has a polished stainless steel interior and slightly brushed finished gleaming stainless steel exterior.
