Constructed of Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel, this 4.5-quart pressure cooker features interior measurement markings, detachable handle for easy cleaning and a cooking indicator attached on the lid. The cooking indicator features two orange rings for heat settings and yellow ring for the pressure indicator. A chart is included in the instruction booklet for cooking times. As soon as the required ring is reached, the energy input on the stove should be turned down and the cooking time starts.
