Constructed of Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel, the 6.5qt. & 3qt. pressure cookers feature interior measurement markings, detachable handle for easy cleaning and a cooking indicator attached on the lid. The cooking indicator features two orange rings for heat settings and yellow ring for the pressure indicator. A chart is included in the instruction booklet for cooking times. As soon as the required ring is reached, the energy input on the stove should be turned down and the cooking time starts. Using a pressure cooker will reduce your cooking time up to 70% compared to traditional cooking, and retains vitamins and minerals.
