Description

This Messermeister Avanta Forged Carving Set consists of an 8" double bolstered, pointed carving and slicing knife and a full 7" heavy-weight bolstered fork. The curved blade allows you to follow the contours of the meat on the bone, while the hollow edge reduces drag and prevents food from sticking to the blade. The sturdy carving fork holds the meat securely in place and is used to transfer carved meat from the serving plate with comfort of hand.

    What more could you ask for

    Our son and girlfriend hosted Thanksgiving for the first time. I thought it would be a good idea for him to be able to carve the turkey and ham. This set looks as good as it performs. No hesitation here. I’m buying one for myself.

    Very nice carving set at a great price

    I bought this as a gift and it really surprised me how nice it was. The set is beautifully made, the handles are large enough to fit comfortably in my hand and the knife was very sharp. The packaging is just a cardboard holder but for $59 this is a very classy carving set that looks great and you'd be proud to own.
