Useful for preparing large quantities of food. This flat-bottomed wok creates classic wok dishes such as Thailand's national dish, Pad Thai, with ease. Seafood, beef, pork or poultry can all be cooked gently and evenly. The innovative 5-layer Ti-X coating features three layers of enhanced nonstick coating, a Plasma Primer for superior metal-utensils resistance, and a protective layer that prevents peeling, blistering, and corrosion. Quick releasing and easy to clean, this durable coating is guaranteed to last for a long time. Made from extremely pure aluminum, the cold forged body heats up rapidly and evenly for perfect frying and even browning. Lightweight aluminum eliminates arm strain, as do the stay-cool handles that are comfortable to grip.     A good producta the discount price

    I bought this Wok because of the huge discount. I already own a Scanpan Wok about the same size. Both products are excellent. They heat evenly and can handle high heat if necessary. The Scanpan has an extra handle which is useful at times. The Alu Pro is a bit heavy but very well balanced. I like them both and would recommend both of them.
