    Smooth Chopper

    I have step by step acquired almost all the knives from this line and this Nakiri is just like the rest: thin behind the edge and sharp, but a workhorse. A budget knife that punches with handmade knives. You can use this knife everyday and you’ll love it, you don’t have to do much to upkeep it. I think I’ll keep going and get all the knives in this line.

    Excellent Nakiri

    This is my second Enso HD knife, I recently purchased the 8” chef knife, and I absolutely love it. It arrived razor sharp and works like a dream with any vegetable, especially dense ones like carrots. It also has a beautiful fit and finish and an extremely comfortable handle. I’m planning on adding more Enso knives to my collection, they are a pleasure to use.
