Enso HD 5.5" Prep Knife

This is my first Enso and I am very impressed with the build quality. The handle feels great in the hand and the blade is very sharp right out of the box. It makes chopping veggies very fun! Hard to believe this is a sub $100 VG10 knife! Beautiful tool for sure.

I have the Enso 8" chef knife and added this to my collection. I love this knife. The handle felt somewhat small initially, especially after using the chef knife on a daily basis. After using this prep knife for a few weeks, it's my go to when just cutting vegetables and fruit, which is most of the time. It's so sharp. Makes me realize that I need to sharpen my chef knife. If you have large hands, I could see the handle being too small. Otherwise, a great knife.

This knife is great. It is the perfect length for cutting veggies and a good weight. It is super sharp like the rest of their collection. I love it.
