The Zwilling Twin Cermax M66 Santoku is designed for chopping, mincing, and dicing vegetables, meat and fish. The Zwilling Twin Cermax M66 series features knives crafted by the Zwilling Seki factory combining German technology and manufacturing expertise with Japanese blade craftsmanship and its technical ingenuity. The blade core consists of a special powder steel, which under the name MicroCarbide offers a Rockwell Hardness of 66. The sharpness of the knife can be used particularly well thanks to the 9-12° blade angle. The handle is made of Micarta, made of linen and synthetic resin. Engineered in Germany, manufactured in Seki City, Japan with a lifetime warranty.
