    Amazing for the price

Had this knife about a month. Great edge retention, factory edge was great. This knife is crazy light and great for lots of prep without hand fatigue. Highly recommend for this price point.

    Very sharp and very sturdy!

I bought this very recently, and I like cooking at home so this knife is really amazing for the price. Its razor sharp, I accidentally poked my hand while cutting some veggies and the tip glided right into my hand. Now it was painful, but the knife was met with no resistance. It's balanced really well. From the moment you first hold it, you won't want to use any other knife.

    Quality Knife

This 8" Chefs Knife is lighter and sharper than my German knives which makes it nimble to use for slicing tasks. Blade edge is a little too straight for ideal rocking/chop. Also I'm hesitant to use blade side for garlic smash.
